I help high-functioning men (often dads) who feel wrecked inside use a 5 to 10-minute breath + guitar practice to break their numbing cycle and become present, calm fathers and partners.​

Since I solved the anxiety problem in my life I've finished my second graduate program, wrote a book, started a business, gave up alcohol, and most importantly, I'm no longer stuck in the anxiety & addiction cycle.

Over the course of a few months, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system using 3 of the most powerful tools available: your breath, a guitar, and a coach who's lived it.  No prior musical experience needed - I'll teach you simple guitar techniques designed specifically for nervous system regulation.

 

Here's how it works

  • 90 Days; 2 calls per month (1 early in the month, 1 later for feedback & progress monitoring)

  • 1st session (approximately 30-60 minutes via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone call) where we work on your specific patterns and triggers.

  • Customized weekly practices between sessions - simple breathwork and guitar exercises (10-15 min/day)

  • Direct access to me via text/email for support when you need it between sessions

  • All session recordings so you can revisit what we covered

 

You will BE the man who:

→ Stops at one beer (or none) because the craving isn't there anymore
