Over 6 weeks, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system using two of the most powerful tools available: your breath and music. No prior musical experience needed - I'll teach you simple guitar techniques designed specifically for nervous system regulation.

  • 6 weekly 1:1 sessions (approximately 30 minutes via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone call) where we work on your specific patterns and triggers.

  • Customized weekly practices between sessions - simple breathwork and guitar exercises (10-15 min/day)

  • Direct access to me via text/email for support when you need it between sessions

  • All session recordings so you can revisit what we covered
